Current plan prices
- Essentials: $0 for the currently available personal chart.
- Family Plus: $5.99 per month or $49 per year when its paid collaboration features become available.
- Care Partner: $99 per month for an approved pilot, subject to a separate pilot agreement and readiness review.
- Guided Setup pilot: planned one-time price of $29, only after availability, scope, and appointment time are confirmed.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. A displayed price applies until the next renewal unless advance notice of a change is provided as required by law.
Family Plus 30-day trial
The planned Family Plus trial lasts 30 days, requires no card or PayPal authorization, and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. The trial starts only when DoseCanvas confirms that paid Family Plus features are available and the user activates it. At the end, the user must separately choose and authorize a PayPal subscription. Without a purchase, the account returns to Essentials and keeps the core chart and print access.
Complimentary Family Plus for veterans
A military veteran may receive one complimentary 12-month Family Plus benefit. The benefit starts only after Family Plus launches, the veteran requests activation, and DoseCanvas confirms eligibility. No card, PayPal authorization, or purchase is required, and the benefit does not automatically renew or convert to a paid plan. At the end of the 12 months, the account returns to Essentials unless the veteran separately authorizes a paid subscription.
The benefit is personal, nontransferable, limited to one per eligible veteran, and has no cash value. DoseCanvas may use a reasonable eligibility process and may deny or revoke the benefit for material misrepresentation, duplicate claims, misuse, or legal or security reasons. Offer terms may be changed or ended prospectively, subject to applicable law; an activated benefit will ordinarily be honored for its stated term unless revoked for those reasons.
PayPal authorization and renewal
When checkout is opened, PayPal processes the payment. Before authorizing, the customer will see the selected plan, billing interval, amount, and that the subscription renews automatically until canceled. DoseCanvas receives a subscription identifier and payment status, not the customer’s full card or bank details. Medication names, diagnoses, patient photos, and chart contents are not placed in PayPal checkout data.
Cancellation
A customer may cancel a subscription at any time through PayPal’s automatic-payment settings or by contacting DoseCanvas before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting a DoseCanvas chart or stopping use of the site does not by itself cancel a PayPal subscription.
Failed payments and plan access
If a payment fails, PayPal may retry it under the authorized payment agreement. DoseCanvas may provide a reasonable grace period and then limit paid features until payment is restored. The Essentials chart remains available unless access must be restricted for security, legal, or misuse reasons.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription charges are nonrefundable and DoseCanvas does not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a paid service that was not made available. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction.
Care Partner pilots
Care Partner is not available for self-service clinical use. Checkout may open only after the organization accepts a pilot agreement and DoseCanvas confirms readiness, authorized users, data-handling requirements, and any required privacy or business-associate terms. The pilot agreement controls if it conflicts with this general policy.
